DiBloC (Digital Block Control) is a commercial system designed in the 2010’s, to give movement authority to trains on a single line. This is a description of DiBloC and how it was integrated with the Romney’s unique and in some cases 90+ year old signalling equipment. Network Rail installed their first DiBloC system seven months after us.
