These are the policies and procedures that we are required to maintain by the Charity Commission, and cover various aspects of governance.
These policies are intended to provide additional detail to, and be read in conjunction with, the Constitution, which is the charity's governing document. As such, nothing in these policies and procedures may negate or contradict it, or bring the organisation's status as a registered charity into question. However, unlike the Constitution, these policies and procedures may be amended from time to time as required by the Council of trustees without formal approval at a General Meeting.
