Joanne Kyriacou-Richardson BSc Electronic Engineering (Hons) MIET

With both a legal and electronic engineering background, Joanne worked in the private sector for twenty-two years. Her final role was a company director before she decided to re-train as a teacher in 2019.

Joanne is passionate about supporting science and engineering within the primary education sector and is working with the CSES committee and local schools to establish 'The Teacher Hub', a network of teachers, local businesses and members of the community who come together to support primary teachers in delivering engaging science lessons.

Joanne currently works as a physics teacher and encourages her students to be curious about engineering at every opportunity.
